With the backing of National Home Warranty Cardi Homes Ltd. is a licensed builder that specializes in taking a new home from start to finish. In addition to being the general contractor our crew is very hands on. This is something that our customers feel separates us from the competition.
Renovations
There is no renovation project too small or too large for our team to handle. Over the years we've done everything from retaining walls and decks to basement suites and large additions.
Commercial Projects
Commercial Foundations:
As our company has expanded and diversified, we have become increasingly involved with a number of commercial forming jobs. Over the last few years we've taken on projects around BC. In 2012 we completed 4 commercial foundations for the TNRD at Louis Creek and Pritchard. In 2013 we completed a commercial foundation for Saputo Foods in Burnaby. Cardi Homes has its own forms and equipment for decent sized commercial projects.
