Fulcrum Development has over 20 years of experience in the residential construction industry, of which 15 years have been spent in Kamloops. We have a team of consultants and sub trades that create a positive environment and a quality project.

We are also the choice for those planning to build to an energy target as Fulcrum Development currently sits on the CHBA BC’s Provincial Step Code committee and is actively building Step 3 homes within the City of Kamloops.
