Macon has built over 200 Homes in the Cariboo and the Okanagan since it's start-up in 2000.  We have also partnered in developing 47 estate, single family and semi-detached lots. 

Macon's focus over the next several years will be on wheelchair friendly homes for seniors in 100 Mile House. Each home is designed with mobility and energy efficiency in mind so that Seniors can stay in the home much longer. Our semi-detached homes are rated “Step 4” energy efficient .  (Step 5 is a “net 0” home). We only build 6-8 homes per year so we can have a more “hands on” approach to each home we build, ensuring the best quality available.

Each semi-detached home is separated with a 6" ICF concrete wall between the units. This concrete wall sits center on the property line. The concrete wall provides 100% fire protection plus a complete sound barrier between units.
