Skihome took shape in 2006 starting out with renovations but quickly grew into a much needed niche of creating high quality custom homes.

Since then Skihome has built numerous high-end custom homes throughout the valley worth millions of dollars, and as times change we are now expanding to include another niche this valley needs, community developments.

Time is money. Efficient management of time is paramount to a satisfactory outcome. We have the experience, knowledge, person-power and tools to make the management of time a priority achieved.

From the design of the home with attention to comfort and efficiency of operational systems, the use of the right construction methods and materials, to the effective management of construction waste, money is saved in the short and in the long term. 

SkiHome applies these principals to every one of its projects in the Columbia Valley from Fairmont Hot Springs in the south to Radium Hot Springs in the North and Panorama Ski Resort.
