Please join us as we launch the 2026 Training House Project—celebrating 36 years of partnership with Thompson Rivers University and 30 years with the YMCA BC.

This year’s Training House will be built at 2257 Coldwater Drive in the beautiful Juniper West subdivision. The kickoff event marks the start of another exciting collaboration between students, instructors, and CHBA Central Interior members, providing hands-on training in residential construction and supporting the YMCA Dream Home Lottery.

Meet the students, instructors, and industry partners behind this year’s build as we begin another exciting chapter in this long-standing collaboration.
