Customer Walk-through Overview 

We will be discussing: 

• Advantages of Walk-through inspection when done correctly, number of Company walk-throughs prior to the Client-Owner walk-through 
• When is the New Home ready for the Client-Owner walk-through. 
• Don’t let deficiencies turn into Warranty Claims. 
• Review Lists of interior finish’s that should be reviewed, list of exterior finishes. 
• Mechanical systems (How it Works) / Maintenance manuals / Warranty Manuals. 
• Follow ups pre-possession / Follow up after possession / How to handle Client-Owner request including company forms for Owner and Builders to sign and date after deficiencies have been completed.
