Build holiday magic and support your favorite charity!

All proceeds go to the winner’s chosen charity.

• Eligibility: All CHBA CI member companies (1 entry per company)
• Entry Fee: $100+GST per gingerbread kit. Purchase as many as you want!
• Judging Criteria: Creativity, craftsmanship, and overall design!

Key Dates

• Kit Distribution: Kits can be purchased and taken to the participant's business establishment for construction. Kits can be purchased online from October 27 to November 21.
• Kit Pickup: Kits to be picked up at the office on Wednesday, November 26.
• Return Date: Completed gingerbread houses must be returned on December 4th between 9am to 3pm.
• Judging Date: Judging will take place on December 5th at the Canadian Home Builders Association office.
