This session explains how the system delivers high efficiency, supports Step Code 4 performance, and contributes to the Training House achieving Net Zero Ready levels.
Luke will cover how the dual-fuel combi system integrates space heating and domestic hot water, key installation considerations, and how mechanical design choices impact overall building performance. Participants will also learn about the FortisBC rebate of up to $15,000 for dual-fuel combi systems—what qualifies, how it works, and what documentation builders need.
This Lunch & Learn is a great opportunity to see a high-performance system in action, ask questions on site, and gain practical knowledge you can use in future Step Code 4 builds.
