Sue Wastell is the co-president of Wastell Homes. An award-winning, family-run company that mainly builds townhomes, as well as four- and six-storey multi-family homes in and around London, Ontario.

Advocacy efforts on how governments can help boost housing supply and help restore affordability for Canadians, including:

• Removing barriers to homeownership for first-time buyers
• Changes to the immigration system that prioritize skilled workers
• Fixing the taxation system around purpose-built rental, etc.
