Cabinet Vision / CNC Engineer

Job Description:

Must have 2 years experience with Cabinet Vision software, or any comparable cabinet/millwork S2M design software.

Core Responsibilities: 

• Engineer projects in Cabinet Vision in a way that adheres to standards and leads to efficient installs
• Ensure all special-order items have been ordered accurately and in time for installation
• Manage material orders and handling to minimize inventory
• Work with programming lead to troubleshoot problems, and ensure continuous production
• Minimize production errors

Daily Duties:

• Draw projects in Cabinet Vision from designs submitted by the Design Team
• Output parts to the CNC and ensure accurate labeling
• Place orders for non-inventory items for each job (decorative doors, specialty hardware, etc.)
• Program and cut any specialty pieces 
• Order inventory items as necessary 
• Manage CNC tooling and work with vendors to maintain bits 
• Work with Programming Lead and Shop Manager to ensure all maintenance is complete on shop machinery
• Review upcoming jobs with install teams to review engineering and install strategy

Experience:

Cabinet Vision CNC Programming: 2 year (Required)
