Kamloops, BC – The CHBA Central Interior members have been buzzing with excitement as the winners of the 2024 Keystone Awards of Excellence in the housing industry were announced at a gala held at Thompson Rivers University Grand Hall on February 10, 2024. With over 300 esteemed guests in attendance, including influential figures such as MLA Todd Stone and Peter Milobar, MP Frank Caputo, the Mayor of Kamloops, and distinguished Councilors, the event was a true celebration of achievement and innovation in the housing sector. 

The Keystone Awards of Excellence, an annual event organized to recognize outstanding contributions and achievements in the housing industry, showcased the best of the best in Central Interior BC and the Kootenay region. From innovative design concepts to sustainable building practices, the awards highlighted the dedication and talent within the industry.

This year's winners represent a diverse array of professionals and projects that have made significant impacts on the local housing landscape. Their commitment to excellence and dedication to advancing the industry serve as an inspiration to all.
