CHBA Central Interior Honors Members for Milestone Achievements and Dedication
Kamloops, Nov 11, 2023 – The CHBA Central Interior held its milestone awards ceremony held at the Colombo Lodge in Kamloops, welcomed approximately 150 attendees, celebrating the unwavering commitment and support of its esteemed members. The event served as a heartfelt acknowledgment of the dedicated service and the collective years of hard work contributed to the association.
The Membership Milestone Award holds a special place in our heart as it recognizes member companies for their long-standing commitment and support to the CHBA Central Interior. It is with honor that we recognize and congratulate the following members for their outstanding dedication:

The Association extends its congratulations to these exceptional members for their longstanding support and dedication.

The ceremony also celebrated excellence through the Award of Excellence, recognizing the outstanding dedication of our members from May 1, 2022, to April 30, 2023.
The Rooftopper Award was presented to Brendan Shaw for sponsoring the most new members.
Additionally, two Handshake Awards were presented. The first was awarded to DW Builders as the CHBA CI Builder/Developer or Renovator who worked with the most CHBA CI Members. The second Handshake Award was presented to Kamloops Home Hardware Building Centre for using the most CHBA CI Members.

In addition to the awards ceremony, the event included an informative address by Randy Chin, Regional Manager of Mortgage Specialists at Royal Bank of Canada and CHBA BC President. He provided valuable insights into the real estate landscape in British Columbia, discussing the stable growth of the BC real estate market and the pressing issue of a shortage of skilled trades in the industry.
