CHBACI Wins Association Award

As we mark 60 years of being the voice of residential construction in our region, we are thrilled to share that CHBA Central Interior has been nationally recognized by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association with two significant honours:

1. Home Builders’ Association of the Year (Large HBA) – awarded to the local association with over 200 members that demonstrates exceptional leadership, advocacy, and service to members and the community. This award acknowledges our ongoing efforts to promote affordability, quality, and choice in housing, and to support the business success of our members.

2. Membership Retention Award – presented to HBAs that achieved a member retention rate of 90% or higher in the previous year. We are proud to have achieved an outstanding 98% retention rate, reflecting the strength of our community, the value we provide to our members, and the trust they place in us year after year.

These awards are a testament to the collective passion and commitment of our Board, staff, and member companies. Whether it’s through our advocacy work, education programs, Training House partnership, or engaging events, CHBA Central Interior remains a strong, united voice for the residential construction industry.
